About the Team

The VIZIO Ads sales organization is responsible for driving VIZIO’s Direct to Device strategy with brands and agencies alike. VIZIO delivers a rich set of advertiser solutions to the marketplace, from coveted homescreen content sponsorships, to owned and operated video inventory in our WatchFree+ streaming service, to data driven audience extension tools in our Household Connect suite. VIZIO’s ad products are informed by our first party TV viewership data, Inscape. We’ve been a marketplace leader in ACR television data for years, and the Account Executive be tasked with evangelizing our position.

 

This role in our Media & Entertainment organization is tasked uniquely with building out and expanding our relationships with studio, network, and content partners. Our unique SmartCast operating system allows us to deliver unique ad experiences to entertainment marketers looking to promote new content.

 

What You Will Do

  • Build a book of new business, determining necessary strategy to achieve clients’ goals.
  • Strategically and creatively build a pipeline of sales targets.
  • Partner with Account Managers to manage, renew and upsell existing clients, ensuring clients’ needs are being met.
  • Accurately project and forecast activity of all accounts.
  • Prepare quality proposals and respond to RFPs in a timely manner.
  • Develop presentations and marketing materials.
  • Position solution against competitive offerings in marketplace.
  • Work directly with leading brands and media companies to help them solve their online video needs.
  • Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com
  • Actively manage leads pipeline and campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives.

About You

  • You have 6+ years of Ad Sales and/or Media, Ad Agency or Digital Agency experience. Bachelor’s Degree.
  • You have knowledge of online video, livestreaming, OTT, advertising, payment, analytics, and technology companies.
  • You ideally have hands on-experience working with OMG agencies
  • You have solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
  • You are a team player that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment. A highly motivated and results-driven self-starter.
  • You have the ability to operate with a sense of urgency and values accountability.
