About the Team

VIZIO is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR team at our Irvine, CA headquarters. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small team of HR professionals with a continuous focus on providing an enhanced employee experience in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment.


As a part of the Human Resources Operations team, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of HR data, troubleshooting systems issues, identifying solutions and assisting with systems upgrades. The position will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels to assess current state of processes, recommend solution and deliver results.



What You Will Do

  • Compare medium / large data sets to ensure data accuracy
  • Create ad-hoc Workday reports
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve Workday processes and user experience
  • Serve as a technical partner for multiple Workday modules
  • Monitor and audit processes to ensure confidentiality and security of HR data

About You

  • You have 2+ years of experience in maintaining Human Resources Systems within a Workday environment
  • You have experience configuring and executing multiple business processes in Workday
  • You have experience building reports, dashboards in Workday and a clear understanding of Workday’s object model
  • You have an Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related
  • You are proficient in technologies of MS Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge
  • You have strong data validation and business process testing skills
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
  • You are a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Bonus: You have prior experience implementing Workday, hands-on experience in SuccessFactors HCM, UltiPro Payroll and can translate business requirements into Workday business processes
