About the Team

As the Senior Device Analytics and IBP Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating a culture and processes that enable the execution of IBP within VIZIO Device Business.  This requires acting as an influential change agent between the business and the functions to proactively help managing and supporting business operation and help the company to make better decision. This is highly visible role with the opportunity to impact to VIZIO device Business. You will use your effective communication and analytical skills to interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate and drive results.


What You Will Do

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Business Planning reports and dashboards to help with business decision.
  • Monitor data quality and fix discrepancies.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation tasks, review data at all granular/aggregate levels, versions
  • Serve as a liaison between different team and department.
  • Manage coordination, consolidation, and communication of cycle inputs and outputs
  • Work closely with IT team to perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for Kinaxis workbooks and Alteryx workflows
  • Create and maintain MRP data export schedules to align with S&OP cadence
  • Implement business intelligence tools to easily access actual/forecast data and be able to drill down from most aggregate to most granular
  • Perform UAT testing and documentation for all system related projects
  • Make recommendations around process improvement and analytic reporting to support business outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • You have a minimum education level of: Bachelor’s Degree
    Area of Study: (ex: Computer Science, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.)
  • You have 3-5 years of related work experience
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with BI visualization tools (prefer Tableau)
  • Experience with Alteryx is required, knowing SQL is plus
  • You preferabley have forecast modeling and predictive analytics experience 
  • You preferably have Supply Chain reporting experience
